Tools and accessories

Many of our tools and accessories are designed to facilitate the improvement of productivity.

Many of the tool holders designed for the Métafil D10 can be placed anywhere on the carriage faces (X1, X2). Each carriage can be equipped with 7 tool holders. Each tool holder can be placed in 2 different ways (front or rear). Within a given logic, all kinds of combinations are possible.

To give an example : it is possible to mount 8 rotating tools, 4 in X1 and 4 in X2. Please note that the thread-whirling tool and the angle drill can be placed in 2 positions. Even though the number of machining possibilities is almost unlimited, it requires a comparatively small number of standard tools.
